- Adopts advanced 32-bit control chip to drive high-power SCR and realize stepless regulation of voltage and current.
- The control circuit board uses imported chips, high-quality heat sinks and multi-channel detection to guarantee stable quality.
- Standard equipped with constant voltage and constant current output module to meet high-precision frequency conversion heating requirements.
- The constant current function is suitable for high-end loads such as silicon carbon rods, molybdenum disilicide rods, molybdenum wires and transformers.
- Supports multiple temperature adjustment gears, power regulation zero-crossing and power regulation phase-shift zero-crossing modes.
- Equipped with multiple protection functions including overcurrent (high-speed electronic protection), overheating, load wire breakage and phase loss protection.
- Comes standard with isolated RS485 MODBUS RTU communication to support remote monitoring and control.
- Dual digital tube display, resistant to high temperature, low temperature and humidity, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
- Isolation protection is adopted for both input and output interfaces with strong anti-interference performance.
