Chip-Controlled Linear Output / SCR Module Welding Process
- All series adopt brand-new molds with 220V power isolation, compatible with the 4-20mA control signals of most mainstream controllers on the market.
- Built-in single-chip microcomputer for intelligent control. Phase-shift output is set as default, and distributive zero-crossing control is optional, featuring high linearity.
- The heat-conducting base plate is coated with a special plating layer. All models adopt solderable silicon chip welding, leaving no screw holes on the base plate for a neat and elegant appearance.
- The full series supports 24VDC power supply and 4~20mA DC control signals. Voltage regulation is realized via single-chip microcomputer control with excellent linearity, covering load current specifications ranging from 25A to 200A.
